Rental Instrument Terms and Conditions
I understand by submitting this form and making the appropriate downpayment, I am not obligated nor is Menchey Music Service obligated to rent an instrument to me. I understand that Menchey Music Service may request a consumer credit report and upon credit approval, the order will be fulfilled at a retail location or delivered to my home or school depending on my selection, and the legal agreement will be mailed or emailed to my residence/email address on file. Upon reviewing the agreement, if I wish to cancel agreement I must contact Menchey Music within 3 days of receipt of the agreement. If I do not wish to complete the agreement within that time period I will, after obtaining a return authorization from Menchey Music Service, return the instrument to either one of the Menchey stores or affiliates or to my child's school for Menchey Music to pick up. If I fail to return the instrument in the proper manner, Menchey Music will invoice me for the remaining balance/purchase price of the instrument. By providing a credit card number to Menchey
Music Service during this registration, I consent to having this credit card
charged for current and/or past due balances.
Menchey Music will make every reasonable effort to satisfy the instrument grade request of the renter but reserves the right to substitute grades if requested grade is unavailable for rent (ie switch from New - Like New).
